Wang Feng was a core disciple of Master Lin Yue, where he learned Bajiquan. He was first introduced in Chapter 59, "Eight Extremities Fist - Bajiquan" as the Senior Disciple of the Dojo.
Later on, Lin Yue approached Ouyang Shuo, informing him that five of his disciples had finished their training and that he wanted to provide them with real-life experience to train them. Ouyang Shuo promoted each of them to Sergeant positions in the military, including Wang Feng who become the Sergeant of the 1st Squad of the Infantry Squadron.
He's said to have a direct and righteous personality and to be a very loyal person.
Due to losing an arm, he had to retire as a soldier and as the leader of the Divine Martial Guards (ch. 705-706).
